Our drivers will meet and greet you at the arrivals terminal, assist with your luggage, and ensure a smooth journey to your destination.

We offer complimentary waiting times to ensure a stress-free experience:

• Airport pick-up: 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. After 60 minutes, a previously agreed fee per 15 minutes will apply.
• Other locations (hotels, homes, offices, etc.): 15 minutes of free waiting time. After 15 minutes, a a previously agreed fee per 15 minutes will be charged.

When the flight is delayed, the customer doesn’t need to do anything. We have an application to follow all flights and even when a flight delayed, we know exactly when the flight will land and the driver will be at the airport on time, to pick up the customer.

We just need to be informed asap, when the customer changes the flight; the client must communicate to us the new flight number, in order to help us to follow the new flight and bring at the airport on time.
